I’ve had it with Allstate. I hope they get kicked out of Florida and that the other states do the same.
It is time for a boycott.
If you have Allstate, get someone else. They will fight for every penny.
If you need insurance, get it from someone else.
If other people have Allstate, Allstate can still hurt you. If the guy who runs into you has Allstate, they will still fight you over every penny. Your policy or someone else’s, that’s how they operate.
The company has a long history of discrimination-age, race, sex, religion.
The company is anti-Christian. The company has used training and management materials from the Church of Scientology. Christian agents were harassed and fired for complaining about the religious discrimination.
The history of Allstate is complaints and lawsuits. Some of the biggest court decisions in history have been against Allstate.

I agree, Allstate is not to be trusted. Now they are firing agents for not obtaining very high and unreasonable sales quotos.

What kind of a low-life scum does it take to have a vendetta against an insurance company? Sounds like an 18 year old punk that didn’t get his way when he tried to commit insurance fraud. LOL what a loser.

Very interesting that this comment comes from the same geographical area as Sam Zenor. If this came from Zenor, well, you know what they say, if you can’t stand the heat, stay out of the kitchen.

They are in a fireing spree. They want to get rid of the mom and pop agencies and go with mega agencies and call centers. If an agent does not meet sales quotas they are gone regardless of a clean book of business with good retention and low loss ratio. If you are an agent your supposed to be and independent business owner. Your nothing more then an employee.

Hi, I was surfing the net and came across your site. Can I ask, have you ever applied the same criteria of claims service to other companies in Florida? Or are you focusing on Allstate only because it was the company you selected based on features and cost which initially attracted you to Allstate. As this is obviously not an impartial and transparent review of all insurance companies, it is just an vendetta. Wouldn’t you agree?

I believe Allstate is run by crooks-they take your money then make up every excuse not to pay your claims.

I agree Allstate sells policy’s and then if you have an incident the will not pay the claim. I am in the process of gather data along with a local Civil Rights Leade in Dallas, TX to try and end Allstate’s arrogance in not paying claims.
