Allstate Barely Pays Funeral Costs!

Vivian, of Satellite Beach, Fl, made this complaint against Allstate Insurance, PO Box 42160, St Petersburg Fl 33742 on 04/29/2005:

Allstate does not pay out on car accident claims. My daughter was killed & I was offered a settlement. Very insulting. Barely covers the cost of the funeral. Good luck to anyone trying to make a claim. I see why people need to hire lawyers.
